Versailles Swap Meet 2022

The Versailles Swap Meet has been held annually since 1979 at Jacob’s Cave near Gravois Mills, Missouri and now attracts over 30,000 people per event, offering antiques, guns, fishing tackle, crafts, small animals, fowl, flea market items and flea market goods. Each event attracts an average of three times each year in April, June and October – three trading days being held for each swapping day each time around with improvements made such as new roads with multiple exits for booth rentals, electric sites for booth rentals as well as night lights for increased vendor space availability over time.

VENDOR SPACE IS NON-REFUNDABLE and VENDORS can begin moving in 5 days prior to SWAP (Saturday through Wednesday between 10am-5pm at SWAP HQ). Food vendors must obtain additional approval from Frank’s Swap Group management as well as comply with Morgan County Health Department rules and regulations in order to operate at this event.

Chart 2 compares the annualized prepayment speeds of the loan portfolio securitized by RESIMAC Versailles with those found in Standard & Poor’s Prepayment Index for New Zealand prime RMBS. We expect first charge-offs will come from amortization ledger loans, followed by class F notes and then E, D, C and AB notes before their amortization ledger accounts will finally close out.
