Strange Love Band Cincinnati offers an unforgettable live music experience featuring classic 80’s, 90’s, and today’s hits from across three decades. Their show is fun, energetic, and will keep you dancing all night – an ideal addition for holiday parties and other social gatherings!

Tom Schneider hails from Cincinnati and performs keyboards alongside an ensemble of talented local musicians. Since the early ’70s he has played professionally as both a solo pianist on cruise ships and jazz groups worldwide; additionally he is an experienced educator, having taught elementary general music, special education classes, middle school chorus, high school jazz bands, and college jazz bands among many other courses.

Natalie has been singing her entire life. While studying at the University of Central Florida, Natalie performed lead roles in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel as well as Orlando Opera’s Dew Fairy and Sandman productions – singing with Humperdinck himself! Additionally, Natalie currently sings with Schola Cantorum at Old Saint Mary’s Catholic Church as part of its Schola Cantorum choir and has competed in over 10 vocal competitions! Natalie also practices yoga regularly as well as instructs yoga. She hopes to share her love of music with all students of any age!

Michael Troyer hails from Southern Indiana and began playing guitar at age 9. Learning alongside his older brother and sneaking into basements and garage jam sessions was key for Mike’s musical growth, until family and professional obligations got in the way of music making. Nowadays he teaches guitar, bass, drums, vocals and more at School of Rock Cincinnati where he enjoys working closely with students to help unlock their full musical potential.

Alex Nicodemus is a musician who plays jazz, R&B, and rock music in bands such as Bumpin’ and Ghost Baby. Additionally, he has performed as a pianist at local venues including Taft Theater, BLiNK, and Midpoint Music Festival. A graduate from University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music with extensive ensemble performance experience and knowledge across genres, Alex has an expansive knowledge of all kinds of genres.

Will Ross has been playing bass and guitar since childhood and dabbling in drumming during his teenage years. Over six years at School of Rock he has taught bass guitar lessons while dabbling in drumming as a side project. When not teaching Will enjoys tinkering with analog tape machines in his home studio and recording in his personal home studio. Will also specializes in show direction – providing Cincinnati students in Oakley Madeira Kenwood area access to real practicing musicians as teachers!
