Boston Today – A Man Arrested in Connection With a Stabbing in Boston Today

Two weeks after being fatally stabbed near Rugby Road in Boston’s Mattapan neighborhood, a 40-year-old has been arrested in relation to this fatal stabbing incident and charged with second-degree murder, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, as well as the ongoing investigation.

Police are searching for those responsible in a violent attack that left three juveniles injured near the site of a previous stabbing attack in Roxbury on Wednesday night. A woman called WCVB with information regarding this incident, reporting one teenager getting stabbed and another being beaten; her 15-year-old high school sophomore nephew is being treated at Boston Children’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries according to reports. A third victim sustained non-life threatening injuries at 30 Dimock Street just south of Tremont and Camden streets according to police reports.

Brookside (WHDH) – Two men have been found stabbed outside a downtown nightclub early Thursday. Police responded to 51 Stuart Street, home of Bijou Nightclub, around 1:50 AM. When officers arrived they discovered two adult males with non-life threatening stab wounds who were both taken to local hospitals as soon as possible for treatment. No arrests have been made at this time.

Police in Dorchester have arrested a 39-year-old Dorchester resident in relation to the stabbings of four men early Sunday morning at Stuart and Tremont Streets, authorities report. All four of them are expected to survive their injuries, though police have not given a suspect description or released any additional details about this crime scene investigation.

On Boston Common on July 20, a woman was attacked with multiple stab wounds after being approached by a man wielding a knife and later declared dead at a nearby hospital. Her family has issued a statement encouraging anyone who may have witnessed this attack to come forward as soon as possible.

Police have arrested a 17-year-old male for stabbing his classmate at the Allston home of a young mother stabbed to death with her ex-partner and toddler last month. Charges against this youth include attempted murder, armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; due to his age no name has been released publicly.
