Slade Smiley – Celebrity Biography
Slade Smiley has made headlines for his appearances on reality TV shows such as “The Real Housewives of Orange County” and “Date My Ex: Jo and Slade”. Beyond acting, Slade is also an accomplished athlete and professional cyclist – having trained with the US National Cycling Team at Olympic Training Center Colorado Springs before competing professionally over 10 years ago. Additionally, his charitable endeavors have earned him praise; including endorsement deals with Adidas, Gillette, Volkswagen and Gatorade among many others.
Slade was born on 29 October 1973 in Oakland, California of Caucasian ethnicity. As an Anchorage, Alaska resident at age 13, Slade first took an interest in acting and the entertainment world at an early age and performed with local choirs before progressing onto dramas and musical performances at school. Subsequently attending University of Alaska Anchorage as well as California State University Long Beach for study of Sports Medicine Residency Program as well as International Business; eventually earning himself his degree.
Once he finished his academic studies, he moved to Southern California and launched his career in modeling and television commercials. Thanks to his talent and hard work, he achieved his dream of becoming a world-famous model and has featured in advertisements for Adidas, Gillette, Volkswagen, Gatorade, and Milk brands – becoming a millionaire along the way!
Slade is a generous individual who has given both time and money to several non-profit organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Beckstrand Cancer Foundation and Desert AIDS Project. He also supports Relay for Life sponsored by American Cancer Society. In addition to his professional and charitable endeavors, Slade also maintains an active personal life: currently dating Gretchen Rossi; they recently welcomed Skylar Gray into the world together!
He previously dated Peruvian reality television star Jo De La Rosa and Michelle Arroyo; from his time with Michelle he has two sons named Grayson Smiley and Gavin Smiley who were his children from that relationship.
Gretchen and Slade share intimate moments via social media, showing their intimate bond. They’re in love and planning on getting married soon; naming their daughter Grayson after Grayson who unfortunately is currently fighting brain cancer. But despite all of his difficulties, Smiley and Gretchen remain strong for their child; hoping one day that Grayson can be proud to call themselves his parents.
