Mariah Carey Christmas Wallpaper
Mariah Carey has long been known for setting the holidays ablaze with her iconic pop and R&B music, leading the charts and shaping popular culture ever since she released “All I Want for Christmas Is You” as an anthem in 1994. That song won her three Guinness World Records; two for most streams in 24 hours as well as holding onto its number one spot for over six weeks on Billboard Hot 100 by solo artist.
Carey has since released the captivating track and has established herself as a beloved modern holiday queen, appearing at lavish Christmas residencies and tours as well as star-studded events like Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremonies. Carey is celebrated for blending high-concept production with traditional soul and R&B genres – one reason she remains one of the most successful artists ever.
Her reputation as “Queen of Christmas” has certainly enhanced her bank account; reports indicate she has earned a whopping $60 million in royalties alone from her magnum holiday opus, along with earnings from other studio albums and endorsement deals like perfume lines, accessories and Glamorized beauty products – estimated earnings are upwards of $200 million!
Mariah Helena Angela Carey has long embraced the role of being “Queen of Christmas”. To mark this celebration she recently posted an adorable post featuring herself with daughters Roc and Roe wearing Christmas costumes.
Shelena posted this beautiful family snapshot with the tag line, “#familytime #holidays #loveandlight.” It shows both Shelena in her festive attire while giving her children the chance to showcase their holiday looks.
Fans were quick to praise Carey’s Instagram post, many calling it “absolutely perfect.” Additionally, many noted their admiration of how Carey honors family traditions while still exuding elegance and sophistication with her fashion choices.
But not everything was joy and happiness in Carey’s household; recently she has been embroiled in an ongoing legal dispute with Chan, her ex-manager, over custody of their two young daughters. Chan submitted an objection against Carey’s request for sole legal and physical custody of their daughters earlier this year, yet now appears able to keep full rights while Carey seeks joint custody arrangements; NPR reports a settlement has already been reached in this matter but details have yet to be made public.
