For vegetarians, there’s a new dish to try at the Cheesecake Factory – the vegetarian lasagna, called Lasagna Verde. This dish features fresh spinach pasta and mozzarella, parmesan, and fontina cheeses, along with a homemade tomato sauce and mushroom sauce. The cheesecake factory is one of the most famous chains for its lasagna, and it’s a delicious and healthy way to enjoy a special lasagna.
The Cheesecake Factory serves a variety of Italian, Mexican, and Asian specialties. The staff is very friendly and you’ll probably never have a problem getting a table. The menu is long, too – 21 pages! – but there’s something for everyone! You’ll find everything from flatbread pizzas to pasta specialties. To make the pasta dough, prepare your spinach and ricotta. Steam the spinach in a steamer or over boiling water until it’s wilted, then squeeze out any excess water. Then, process it with a food processor to make a spinach paste. Next, combine 6 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour and 4 large eggs. Next, add one tablespoon of golden raisins, one-half pound of spinach, 7 ounces of fontina cheese, and 4 cups of whole milk. Add the spinach and mozzarella and stir well.
Next, add the chicken to the pot, browning it in olive oil. After this, add the chicken to the pot with the garlic and onion, and then add the pasta. Sprinkle the remaining salt on top, and serve.
