Kelly Bensimon for the Playboy Cover
Kelly Bensimon, better known as The Real Housewives of New York City’s troublemaker, will showcase her more daring side this March with a six-page nude pictorial for Playboy magazine. Her former husband Gilles Bensimon shot these captivating photographs which will hit newsstands on Friday.
The former model and Bravo star began modeling when she was younger, but it wasn’t until 2010 that she let her hair down for Playboy magazine’s cover shoot. Although her psoriasis made her nervous to get a bit sexy back then, now feels the risk was worth it.
Bensimon revealed on her website that her decision to model for Cosmopolitan magazine sparked some hostility from fellow Real Housewives of NYC castmembers. But she maintained it was the right step because it demonstrates to women they can have fun with their bodies.
Bensimon donned a stunning silver beaded necklace and an alluring dress. To finish her look, she added two pairs of thigh-high Prada boots and shielded her eyes with brown sunglasses.
She looks like the type of woman who could easily spend her days in her bedroom, if she weren’t so busy playing house. In one photo, she’s wearing a sultry hat and posing with a pillow for the camera.
Bensimon, in addition to her modeling and reality TV fame, is also an accomplished businesswoman. She owns a New York-based real estate brokerage and holds a degree from the University of Florida.
Her business successes have enabled her to take a well-earned vacation in the Hamptons and Palm Beach over the past few weeks, where she is said to be enjoying some relaxation. Recently, she shared some bikini photos on Instagram featuring some sultry cleavage.
For those unfamiliar, Playboy magazine is an adult-oriented men’s publication published every two months. It primarily focuses on fashion but occasionally includes stories about other aspects of life such as men’s sexuality.
The magazine boasts a loyal and devoted following, featuring many well-known celebrities as cover models. Notable names include Bethenny Frankel and LuAnn De Lesseps from The Real Housewives of New York; Lisa Rinna from Miami; and Faye Resnick from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
