If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, Janie and Jack stores (excluding Outlet stores and closing locations ) as well as via mail within 180 days from its original purchase date will accept returns or exchanges (please bring receipt, item in sellable condition along with valid form of identification ). Any personal data captured during return/exchange processes will only be added to a company database for authorization purposes).

Do Janie and Jack Have a Sale Section? Yes, their store offers a permanent “Sale” section that offers discounts of up to 70% off retail price, as well as special sales during special holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Target introduced a one-year return policy for Cat & Jack merchandise purchased prior to 2015 in 2015, including items purchased at any Target store, on its website or gift registry. This new return window is in addition to Target’s existing 90-day window for all other brand merchandise sold within its storefronts or through gift registries – including its own brands!
