Ergobaby has joined the Harry Potter franchise by designing parent-approved baby carriers inspired by everyone’s favorite wizards and witches – with an Omni 360 carrier, Aura baby wrap and doll carrier all being available now for pre-order, with ships planned to start arriving by August 6th.
Ergobaby offers the limited-edition Lumos Maxima collection featuring prints that “are inspired by characters, symbols and spells from the Harry Potter film series.” Fans will recognize iconic images like Harry’s glasses, lightning bolt, wand, Deathly Hallows symbol on navy background as well as Deathly Hallows symbol on navy background – making this Ergobaby product an excellent way for parents and children alike to express their passion for Harry Potter while comfortably and securely carrying baby!
Included in the collection is an all-in-one Omni 360 carrier decorated with a Classic Hogwarts print featuring maroon and gold stripes lining, an embroidered crest featuring all four houses, as well as maroon and gold stripe lining, Gryffindor-esque hood, head support for babies up to 45 pounds, backward- and forward-facing positions and head support; currently retailing for $180. Ergobaby also offers its Aura baby wrap in Lumos Maxima print; Ergobaby Aura baby wrap can carry children up to 25 pounds while its doll carrier allows older siblings to participate by carrying their own toy characters around!

These prints make an exciting new addition to the brand’s existing lineup of Harry Potter products, such as drool bibs, swaddlers and sleep sacks. However, this collection comes only weeks after JK Rowling made controversial transphobic remarks that could dissuade some fans from purchasing products (Rowling has since apologized for these statements). Whatever its impact may be on sales however, it’s amazing that such fun kid-friendly gear exists that brings some magic to parenting life!
