Rob Lowe of Youngblood fame posted an adorable Instagram post to honor Sheryl Crow and celebrate her 61st birthday on June 20. In his caption he wrote “Happy Birthday to the most irresistible woman I’ve ever known; Spirit, Mind, Heart & Body — you truly represent what makes up my Love Bug!”

Over 30 years have passed since they first met in 1980, yet the pair remain as deeply in love as when they first saw one another. Both are accomplished musicians with multiple hit songs between them; Sheryl also appears regularly on shows like One Tree Hill and 30 Rock as a cameo appearance. An upcoming documentary will focus on her difficult musical career as well as “her battles against sexism, ageism, depression cancer and the price of fame”. Sheryl has won nine Grammys as well as an Academy of Country Music Award, three American Music Awards three American Music Awards three BRIT Award and People’s Choice Award.
