Dita Von Teese and Crocs
Dita Von Teese is known for her signature red pout, coiffed black hair, and pinup dancer shimmies. She is one of the best-known performers in the world of burlesque and a business mogul. Her career began as a ballerina and lingerie store owner, but she is also a well-known fashion designer and a global ambassador for HIV/AIDS awareness.
For her recent show, Dita Von Teese teamed up with French shoe designer Christian Louboutin, who designed shoes specially for her performances. Louboutin’s creations are both beautiful and functional, and they feature a hidden platform and sparkling embellishments. It’s easy to see why Dita Von Teese is a fan of his shoes.
For her performance, Dita Von Teese donned the ‘cat woman’ 120 from Louboutin, which features a narrow ankle strap and a concealed platform. While not a new design, the 120 was modified to pop while being projected in a tableau. And for good measure, the shoe also features a sharp pin and a chunky PVC heel.
For her latest tour, Dita Von Teese is taking her love of haute couture to new heights. Her shows will feature dazzling haute-couture costumes and a va-va-voom revue. Along with the usual sexy sexy lingerie, she’ll brandish a selection of perfumes, including her own.
As part of her collaboration with Louboutin, Dita Von Teese recently attended an event in Los Angeles, California. The event included a screening of “In the Footsteps of Christian Louboutin,” a documentary that explores Christian’s creative process. Also attending were other celebrities, including Langley Fox, Janelle Monae, Shaun Ross, and more.
At the event, Dita Von Teese posed in a vintage green car. In the background, a retro sign with the title “In the Footsteps of Christian Louboutin” stood.
Other notable Dita Von Teese facts include her marriage to Marilyn Manson, her appearance in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and her role as a contestant on the twelfth season of the NBC show, Danse avec les stars. Aside from her show, Dita Von Teese has also appeared in a number of mainstream films and hard-core fetish films.
