At age 76, Babs passed away from cerebral amyloid angiopathy – an incurable and incurable disease which causes brain bleeding, strokes and dementia – on Wednesday night. Whitney shared this heartbreaking news via social media posts to keep everyone updated.

Whitney released a video tribute to her late mother Babs in which they talked together while images from their time together were flashed by. Whitney offered Babs’ family her thoughts and condolences while also including an obituary link in case anyone wanted to send flowers or gifts in her honor.
