Carrie Underwood Shows Off Her Toned Legs in Jean Shorts
Carrie Underwood has long been revered as an indisputable force on and off stage. Not only is she famed for her powerful vocals and captivating performances, but her toned legs also delight audiences. Recently she made waves when she shared an Instagram photo of herself wearing denim shorts that showed them off beautifully – these stunning shorts had everyone talking!
Shorts featured a patterned design with worn edges and lacy appliques, along with a thick silver beaded waist belt. She teamed them with a cropped denim jacket in matching hue and over-the-knee boots embellished with rhinestones for an authentic rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic; complete her leg-baring look with black peep toe heels for added contrast.
Carrie performed at the Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio, California recently and absolutely stole the show. Not only did she sound incredible but her outfit turned heads too; 39-year-old Carrie donned dark pair of denim micro shorts paired with custom The Blondes rhinestone bodysuit was met with fan acclaim; one fan wrote “You have some of the most gorgeous legs I’ve ever seen – so long and slim!”
American Idol’s winner also regularly works out to maintain her stunning figure, sharing photos on social media of herself doing squats, lunges, deadlifts, lateral band walks, leg press machine reps and cable straight leg kickbacks in order to tone her muscles. In addition, she follows a balanced diet consisting of 45% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 25% protein for optimal body composition.
Carrie will launch her 2023 tour this summer, taking it to new heights with aerial performances at one show on a trapeze. To help prepare herself for this feat, Carrie has been doing weightlifting, squats, and lunges to tone her muscles in preparation.
While she currently promotes her Denim & Rhinestones tour, which will come to a close this March, former American Idol winner Carrie Underwood will return for her Reflection Las Vegas residency next year from June to December of 2023 and bring her unforgettable presence and showmanship onto the stage.
Carrie has been training her vocals and dance moves in preparation for the next leg of her tour, releasing new tracks every week including “Slow Down.” Featuring her son Isaiah on vocals, this song emphasizes slowing down and enjoying life more fully – check out its video here! Additionally, the singer of “Cry Pretty” will get a tattoo in memory of her late mother who died from cancer at age 57 in 2010. It reads: “My mum taught me how to love, sing, laugh and live with joy”. As part of this tribute she will share heartwarming quotes from her late mother on social media as she gets ready for this tour leg of her tour.
