Barbie Toy Car

Designed to look just like a real car, the new Barbie toy car was created by Mattel’s design team using toy car CAD files. The team scaled up the file to fit a full-size vehicle, then used a five-axis router to cut out the sculpted foam body. The team also hand-tooled forms and made molds for the car’s wheels. The entire vehicle was then hand-painted and took two and a half months to create.

This convertible Barbie(r) car has realistic details and sparkly pink paint, as well as a Barbie silhouette on the hood ornament. It features realistic treaded tires, a rolling hood ornament, and a personalized license plate. It is perfect for children ages three to seven. There are also a number of accessories to complete the look of the car, including a Barbie doll sold separately.

The Barbie toy car has evolved over the years and now includes a variety of vehicles. The original was a pink Jeep SUV that Barbie used for over 20 years. However, she also had a GMC motorhome in the 1970s, which came in three colors. Later in the 1980s, Barbie’s first touring edition was released to celebrate joining the ‘Rockers’ band.

The new Barbie Extra Car is made in partnership with Mattel’s Hot Wheels design team. The company modeled the car using CAD files and hand-painted the body panels. The car has a silver sparkly paint finish, wing-shaped doors, and 20 or 22-inch wheels. The car also has gold star-shaped headlights.

Barbie cars have a long and interesting history. The first “Dreamhouse” was released in 1962 and was designed to help children recreate their everyday lives on a miniature scale. The first Dreamhouse also featured a one-room studio. Other cars included a Barbie Subway, an Austin-Healey 3000 Mk II, and a Porsche 911.
