Little People, Big World Star Zach Roloff Takes Weight Lifting to the Next Level

Zach Roloff of Little People, Big World fame has been hitting the gym hard lately and his wife Tori shared a video on Instagram showing just how far he’s come. In it, 32-year-old Roloff can be seen doing squats with 355 pounds before progressing to 370 and finally 382.

Roloff, star of Little People, Big World, achieved another incredible feat just weeks after setting a national record at the Hardcore Barbell Weightlifting Competition. In an episode featured on ESPN, he squatted an amazing 385 pounds while attempting three power lifts – bench press, deadlift and back squat – in front of his wife Tori and two children.

Roloff was determined to stay fit and build strength despite the stress of his health issues. So he reached out to an old trainer from his mother’s club, asking for assistance. After some sessions, Roloff felt more secure and decided to take their training regimen up a notch.

He began weight lifting at Kabuki Strength Fitness Center in Oregon with trainer David Clapp’s guidance. Now with the support of his family behind him, he’s determined to break a national record and prove that he can truly lift heavy objects.

In addition to his weightlifting targets, the 32-year-old dad of three also wants to achieve strong core strength. This is because he often carries around kids and strollers, so any future issues with carrying or lifting should be minimized.

His ultimate goal is to eventually be able to perform 400 squats. Additionally, he plans on using a pull up bar as an added benefit when starting to lift heavier weights.

Thanks to his hard work and dedication, his goal is within reach. In fact, he’s already earned a prize for his efforts in the weightlifting competition and will soon add another medal to his collection.

After watching his new video, fans are amazed at how far he’s come and all that he has achieved. One commenter wrote, “His fire is truly inspirational! I can’t wait to see what he does next!” Another fan commented, “He serves as an incredible example of hard work and success in your own life.”

Zach Roloff’s recent weightlifting accomplishment comes just months after he and his wife Tori welcomed their third child, Josiah Luke, born with achondroplasia – the most common form of dwarfism – into the world in May 2022.

Although they had some challenges during pregnancy and in the early postpartum stages, they have managed to come out on top in the end. Now, they are happily settled into their new home in Battle Ground, Washington.

In addition to their children, the Roloffs have a large garden and numerous animals living on their property. The family hopes that moving from Portland, Oregon into their new home will be a relief from the stressful living conditions they had experienced previously.
