Winona Ryder and Marc Jacobs Pre Fall 2022

Marc Jacobs and Winona Ryder have developed an unparalleled fashion partnership over time. Ryder was chosen as the face of Jacobs’ J Marc bag campaign pre fall 2022 portraits shot by Harley Weir.

She exudes gothic glamour in an array of vintage tulle gowns and lace-trimmed silhouettes from the brand, as well as carrying their bag three ways: clutch, crossbody with webbing strap or shoulder bag.

Ryder, best known for being the face of J Marc bags, can often be seen wearing pleated skirts, platform shoes and faux-fur trimmed coats – not forgetting her signature bag in various colorways!

Marc Jacobs offers the ‘J Marc’ Shoulder Bag now in various colors, animations and sizes. Inspired by early 2000s Stam bags and designed to be carried several ways; featuring soft supple leather and an interlocking “J” closure system.

Emma Wyman styled Actor Ryder for the 2022 campaign, which featured several layers. She donned Marc Jacobs’ iconic Kiki boots, vintage tulle gowns, and even one from their archives!

Her gothic glam look featured smokey eye makeup and deep nude lips; while her hair was styled into a short choppy pixie cut.

Ryder has worked with Marc Jacobs Beauty before; she appeared in his Spring 2003 ad campaign and was later chosen as face of his beauty line in 2015. Additionally, she was photographed for Heaven magazine’s fall 2015 season campaign as well.

Ryder appears in Marc Jacobs’ Kiki boots and vintage tulle gowns from their archives as well as lace-trimmed slips from this season. Additionally, she wears their signature interlocking “J” shoulder bag in three ways; clutch, crossbody with webbing strap or as shoulder bag.
