The Blonds Fall 2020 Collection Embraces Latina Roots

Fashion week brings out some of the world’s most renowned stars as they parade down the runway to showcase their stylish looks. Natti Natasha was one such star, walking in the Blonds fall 2020 show on Sunday wearing an eye-catching pink ensemble that exuded “more is more!”

The Blonds are renowned for their daring performances in skin-tight bodysuits. Season after season, the cult label continues to raise the bar with each show a spectacle in itself. But this time around they took things even further by hosting an inclusive presentation that celebrated society’s outliers.

With a focus on religious icons and symbols, the designers turned to Latin roots for their fall 2020 collection. Models such as Mexican singer Gloria Trevi, Dominican actress Natti Natasha, and model Jillian Mercado walked down the runway wearing looks that were both opulent and ethereal.

On February 9th at Spring Studios in NYC, Lisa looked stunning wearing a gunmetal minidress featuring intricate silver metallic paillettes and beadwork along with sultry thigh-high stiletto boots and metal hoop earrings.

At the Blonds Fall 2020 show, Jillian Mercado’s stunning debut stole the spotlight. The model with muscular dystrophy and use of a mechanical wheelchair donned an ornate golden sheer bodysuit adorned with feathers, beads and embellishments as well as a matching headdress.
