Little Guys Trailer 2016

Little Guys Trailer Review

Little Guys Trailer has become a national phenomenon with their small, lightweight teardrop trailers that inspire thousands of RVers to live life more fully through travel.

Established in 2002, little guys trailers quickly gained popularity as people sought a recreational vehicle that wasn’t too large or small. These trailers could fit into tight spots and be easily toted behind a smaller truck or SUV for easy transport.

Since then, they have developed into an established company that produces four models at its 100,000 square foot facility in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Three to four units are produced daily.

The company’s products are distributed through 80 dealers around the country and abroad, with many customers purchasing them online. Some of their top-selling models include the Little Guy Max, Little Guy Mini and Little Guy Micro.

These trailers are constructed with steel frames that have been powder coated to resist corrosion and keep moisture out. The walls and roof are constructed from Azdel composite panels for strength and water repellency.

Block foam insulation and other materials are used to keep the rigs warm and comfortable during cold weather. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, sink and microwave as well as an on-demand hot water heater for added convenience.

Other amenities include a full galley, queen bed and authentic wood cabinetry. The Little Guy Max is one of the largest teardrop trailers available and provides plenty of space for overnight camping trips.

This model comes equipped with a Jack-it bike carrier that can hold bikes up to 25 pounds, making it an ideal choice for families who enjoy biking trails or want to try off-roading while traveling.

Xtreme Outdoors LLC, located near Uniontown in Somerset, Pennsylvania, manufactures the Little Guy Max and Mini Max RVs. With around 80 employees and 20 to 30 years of experience manufacturing RVs under their belt, this company can be trusted when it comes to quality products for outdoor adventurers.

The Little Guy Max is a 21-foot teardrop trailer equipped with all the amenities weekend RVers desire in a camper. This unit includes a full galley, entertainment center, rear vertical stargazer window and more!

Due to its unique shape, this model can fit into virtually any campsite – even national parks! Plus, it’s easy to back into or maneuver into tight places and offers ample living space inside.

Xtreme Outdoors, which recently acquired Little Guy and its parent company Liberty Outdoors, wants to improve quality and customer experience for Little Guy owners. To do this, they have resurrected the Little Guy brand and continue manufacturing them at their 100,000-square foot facility with Founder Joe Kicos remaining as Sales Director.
