Jessica Simpson Women’s Hats

Jessica Simpson Women’s Hats and Boots

Jessica Simpson is a pop-star-turned-fashion mogul with an impressive retail empire. The 35-year-old Texas native built her business from scratch, offering affordable yet trendy clothing, shoes and accessories to customers in her neighborhood.

In 2005, Vince Camuto launched the Jessica Simpson Collection shoe line. As an ardent fan of Simpson, he collaborated with her on this venture and created a line of cowboy boots and cork platforms that quickly went viral – selling 50 million units in wholesale volume in its first year alone!

In 2006, Camuto expanded the brand into apparel. Instead of producing his lines in-house, he outsourced production to third-party vendors. This enabled the business to venture into various categories and markets without needing to invest heavily in its own manufacturing operations.

Camuto could offer Simpson’s hats and boots at lower prices than if he produced them himself, due to his celebrity clients wearing his designs. As a result, sales of Simpson-branded items increased substantially.

Today, it is estimated that Jessica Simpson’s annual sales will surpass $1 billion. While these numbers may seem impressive, executives at Sequential Brands Group — who acquired Camuto last year and has since transformed it into a fully integrated fashion, footwear, and accessory collection — believe Jessica Simpson can become another big celebrity-brand success story.

Jessica Simpson (Signature), created by Marypierre Julien, will be released in August 2014. It opens with zesty citruses such as apricot, nectarine and pomegranate; then moves into an intoxicating heart of night blooming jasmine, orange blossom and Tiger lily notes for long lasting enjoyment.

This fragrance is crafted with white chocolate, vanilla, tonka bean and sandalwood notes. It will be released in a crystal drop-shaped flacon topped with a golden peacock feather stopper; additionally, there will be an Eau de Parfum roller ball form.
