The duo posed together at the Cannes Film Festival for the 75th anniversary celebration screening of The Innocent. This pair was spotted smiling the entire time. Apparently, the duo are still single. It’s unclear whether or not Jake and Jeanne have a romantic interest in each other. But they have been spotted a few times over the past few years.
Although Jeanne Cadieu and Jake Gyllenhaal haven’t officially gotten engaged, the rumor mill suggests that the duo is dating. At least, that’s what one fan on Twitter has alleged. That fan claims to have seen the couple in the flesh, as well. However, a quick perusal of their Instagram feeds proves otherwise.
Although they haven’t made a public appearance in over a year, it’s safe to assume that they are still a thing. They have also been spotted kissing the ol’ fashions in the wild, most notably on a Caribbean beach. There are rumors that they have had a more than casual relationship since the end of 2016. Their alleged romance was first spotted in late 2017, but it was revealed during the following year’s Golden Globes.
Aside from being the rumored couple, the duo has also been spotted out on a date or two, including a trip to New York for the opening of Gyllenhaal’s latest play, A Life. As for their other activities, they’ve spent most of their time at home watching movies, playing board games, and binge watching TV shows like Stranger Things. However, they’ve also been known to make a rare foray into the great white north.
The Brokeback Mountain star has been linked to a number of high-profile hunks over the years. One of his rumored beaus is Reese Witherspoon, whom he briefly dated in 2011. Other rumored amours include Anna Kendrick, Kirsten Dunst, and Tom Hiddleston. So, the question remains, is their romance a sexy affair? And is it worth the hazard?
