Blake’s Bagels – A Bag is a Bag

In the words of an old adage a drink is a drink, a bag is a bag. This is a fact that one should be mindful of when indulging in the greasy goodness that is a bagel. And no, not the ones you slurp down. There are many good reasons why a bag is a bag and it is a good idea to be smart about your choice.

For starters, you are probably going to eat it. Not to mention, the name of the bag isn’t likely to make you feel like a king for your royal highness. Fortunately, Blake’s Bagels sources produce from local farms and grocers, resulting in some of the freshest smoked salmon around. Similarly, the best cream cheese is sourced from a local creamery, allowing the establishment to craft some of the tastiest grilled cheese around.

While in Cincinnati to promote the latest release in his oeuvre, Blake was the guest of honor on the FOX 19 News Morning Xtra. What he did not get to do in the company of his entourage was on display during the aforementioned interview. During the course of his three o’clock soiree, he was treated to some of his favorite foods. Luckily, he was not forced to consume them, or at least not while on the clock.

One thing he did not get to do was to ponder the mystery that was in the room of the lucky winner. That is, until he was put on the spot by the resident scribe.
