Meghan, Duchess of Sussex celebrated her 40th birthday this Wednesday and was treated to an extra-special cake. Prince Harry, Meghan’s husband from Suits and Archie (their one year-old) joined Meghan for a celebratory lunch in Los Angeles where they launched a women’s work initiative together. A birthday video showing Meghan blowing out candles featured delicious-looking cream frosting decorated with strawberries, blackberries and blueberries for this festive event.

According to The Mirror, this delicious dessert was produced at Posies & Sugar bakery located in Montecito, California. Posies & Sugar also serves as a social enterprise and offers multi-year programs that teach homeless, prison or domestic violence victims as well as those involved in the sex trade how to bake and create new careers through baking.

Duchess Meghan also sang an adorable version of Queen’s “Happy Birthday” during her video greeting to mark her special day – making for an especially sentimental and adorable moment!

Meghan and Harry celebrated their special occasion by treating themselves to a delicious roast chicken dinner and playing several games of croquet at their estate pool, followed by swimming. Family members including Doria Markle’s mother Doris, Samantha Markle and Thomas Markle as well as their children were present for this celebration.

Royals had an intimate but generous celebration on November 24th. They received many gifts and treats – even receiving an adorable baby cousin for Princess Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor!

Last week, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle celebrated their daughter’s first birthday together at Frogmore Cottage during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee weekend celebrations. At that event, they enjoyed a picnic feast complete with cake from Violet Cakes; the same bakery that provided their lemon elderflower wedding cake in 2018. Violet Cakes posted a picture on Instagram Sunday showing pink-frosted treat adorned with peonies – one of Markle’s favorite flowers!

Lilibet loved her cake — not just because it featured flowers she loves so much — and the baker found great pleasure in creating this birthday treat for Lilibet.
