Chrissy Teigen’s Lemon Pasta

Cravings author Ashley Green shared a Lemony Arugula Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe recipe from her cookbook to show how you can add extra savory flavour. This version takes the classic Italian dish of spaghetti, parmesan cheese and black pepper and gives it an exciting new dimension with additions of acidic lemon, crispy pancetta and spicy red pepper flakes for extra savoriness!
Teigen started by preheating a large pot of salted water to boil (be generous with your salt!), adding pasta and cooking it until al dente. Meanwhile, Teigen created her sauce by whisking together olive oil, parmesan cheese, and pepper before pouring it over the hot pasta and topping it off with fresh arugula leaves for a creamy, cheese-y, satisfying meal perfect for any night in.
